The Jones/Gomard/Sestoft book is STILL AVAILABLE according to Prentice
Hall.
See ftp://ftp.diku.dk/pub/diku/dists/jones-book/about-book for
bibliographic details, the preface, and table of contents.
The Consel/Danvy book hasn't appeared yet, as far as I know.

[P-H, like many publishers, isn't great about knowing what's actually
physically in stock; it's quite possible they've run out but haven't noticed.
