Neil D. Jones (ACM PERM95) mentioned two books dedicated for P.E. (partial
evaluation) but I have difficulty getting either one of them. They are

"Partial Evaluation and Automatic Program Generation" by Jones, Gomard and
Sestoft, Prentice Hall, 1993.

something by Consel and Danvy, Mit Press, 1995.

Are these the ONLY two books dedicated entirely on P.E.? Any comments on
these books?

BTW, the Jones' book is out of stock for a year and I cann't find the
Consel's book from MIT. Any comments of how to find these books?
