engineering modeling, design, drafting, visualization, GIS, and mobile

We seek independent, committed software engineers with extensive experience
in C, engineering/scientific applications, and computer graphics, to take
part in all development phases, from design to testing. All positions
require 3-5 years of C/C++ for commercial applications, multi-platform
support (Windows, DOS, UNIX, Macintosh, OS/2), and a degree in Computer
Science, Math, Engineering, or Physical Sciences.


We have immediate openings for specialists in the following areas:


[*] Windows:


      * Win32 API experience with NT, 95, or 3.1
      * application interoperability with OLE 2.0
      * graphics programming with GDI and OpenGL


[*] Compiler Technology:


      * M.S. or Ph.D. in CS
      * implementation of language compilers, librarians,
          resource compilers, visual debuggers


[*] Graphics File Translation:


      * AutoCAD DWG and DXF formats
      * IGES, CGM, or STEP
      * 3D/math skills


[*] Printing and Plotting:


      * interfacing with printing/plotting subsystems
          for Windows and Mac
      * device drivers -raster image file formats,
          page description and plotter languages


[*] GUI Development:


      * event-driven GUIs (Windows, X Windows, Mac)
      * low-level dialog item development
      * usability and human factors


[*] Macintosh:


      * MPW C development
      * interoperability with OpenDoc or AppleEvents
      * QuickDraw 3D graphics programming


[*] Extension Languages


      * BASIC and macro languages with application-specific
          extensions
      * record/playback
      * implementation of librarians, resource compilers,
          visual debuggers
