I have been using FLEX and BISON for some time now, and have
had good luck with them under the Windows environment (both
win16 and win32).


I had to do my own port of both products to the windows
platform, but it was pretty painless.


Both FLEX and BISON (a yacc) are available from the GNU
distribution at prep.ai.mit.edu
