The entire specification of the Microsoft Object Module Format (OMF)
(including debug information) used to be available on their free bulletin
board (phone number (206)936-7635), but I am no longer positive that it is
still available on that site since they have changed the BBS software.
The same may be available on ftp.microsoft.com.
Unfortunately, it is not given a nice name, it used to be a SFX zipfile and
called something like SB4593.EXE or something equally non-mnemonic.
I believe I have this file, and if you are unable to locate it anywhere,
I can dig it up and mail it to you.
