Parts of it have been released. They are using ELF for their object format
and DWARF as their debug format. They have a very nice ELF reference
available via anonymous ftp actually - I haven't looked at the DWARF
one they have.


Anyway, more information is available via ftp://ftp.intel.com/pub/tis.
