Does anyone know where I may obtain machine-readable source code
to the examples from the book 'Introduction to Compiler Construction in
UNIX'? The intro to the book says that they were available from the
second author (H. George Friedman, Jr) at the time of publication (1985),
but I could not locate an email address nor find any references to this
code in the comp.compiler archive.
