The L200 is a digital signal generator used in naval equipment test
stations.
Its a box made by I _think_ raytheon, and there are files that tell it
"drive these pins high 3V, these pins low -2V" etc.
I've been tasked with parsing these files to create a summary of what
the signal generators are actually doing while the tests are running.
