Hi,
Take a look at http://www.ee.princeton.edu/spam/ There you will find a
high quality C compiler designed to be easily ported to a variety of
embedded/DSP with little memory. It uses SUIF frontend.
The porting task is not trivial but can surely be done with some
effort by someone with code generation background.
