The website appeared to be identical to the documentation tarball they
distributed from ftp://alph.dera.gov.uk/pub/TenDRA/ . If you can't
get it from there then it is avalible from Debian mirrors such as
ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/unstable/main/source/doc/tendra-doc_4.1.2.orig.tar.gz
The compiler itself is in .../devel/tendra_4.1.2.orig.tar.gz if you
need that.
WRT large license fees, the license on the last version I downloaded
(4.1.2) seems to be a variant on the BSD/X11 theme so none should now
be required.
