Hello. I decided to play with the code for Appel's Tiger C
implementation (Modern Compiler Implementation in C, Cambridge
Univ. Press) and noticed right away that the code makes references to
frame.h but that file doesn't appear in the ZIP. Does the tar have
this file and it simply is missing from the ZIP? I think there are a
few other H files missing too. I can type it in from page 268 but
would rather find the missing files instead. Can anyone help me?
