They completely rearranged their web pages and their tools for
generating commented assembly listings is now (hidden) here:

I remember having used the Sourcer in 1989, when there was no
MS Windows version yet. The resulting listing was a bit long
but very readable. The typical entry and exit points of C procedures
were very obvious and the way of accessing parameters/locals in
the stack frame also.
