Semantic Designs, Inc. invites you to download their free demonstration
of a new software tool at

                        http://www.semdesigns.com/Products/Clone/index.html.

This new product, the "CloneDr", identifies redundant code and
dispositions clones according to the user's direction. This tool saves
IT organizations time and money that is usually spent to redundantly
maintain duplicate coding,

The "CloneDr" uses compiler technology to find duplicate code (Clones)
in spite of changed comments, line breaks, case changes, and even
different expressions in the clone body; and detects clones in
procedural as well as data declarations.

The "CloneDr" can handle over one million source lines of code; can be
customized for larger systems; runs under Windows/NT and on Intel
uni-processor, as well as Symmetric Multiprocessor systems; and
applies to C, C++, Java or COBOL or any other text-based cpu language.

[Looks interesting. Too bad it doesn't run on any platform I care about.
