Hello,


I need to translate a lot of old 16-bit code from a Delphi 1.0 project
into 32-bit Delphi 3.0 form. I have seen some P2C translators that
translate from Pascal to C, but does anyone know of a Delphi 1.0 to
Delphi 3.0 translator? (Or any Delphi 16-bit to Delphi 32-bit
translator)
