Hi there,

is there an up-to-date bison-mode for Emacs ?

I have fetched the one from the elisp-archive (pointed to by the FAQs),
but it failed to compile claiming:

** comment-indent-hook is an obsolete variable; use
comment-indent-function
          instead.
While compiling toplevel forms:
!! error (("Invalid escape character syntax"))

I have used Emacs 19.30.2 and 19.34.x with the bison-mode from B.S.
Allbery (1989).

I am sorry, if this should have been posted to an Emacs-related
newsgroup, but I rather expect people here, to know how to support
editing bison/yacc files.

Harri.
