Authors are invited to submit papers describing the new advances in
emerging software technology. We welcome papers that may be theoretical,
conceptual, tutorial, or descriptive in nature. The Software Technology
Track consists of the following ten (10) minitracks that cover a selection
of emerging and strategically important areas in software.
