conferences.

Registration fees are not refundable, but will instead be used to cover the
cost of proceedings and shipping / handling charges. Materials will be
shipped after the conference.

                Take a bus bound for Tsukuba Center. Dai-ichi Hotel is the opposite of

                At the Yaesu South Exit of Tokyo Station, take an express bus bound
                for Tsukuba Center. 65 min. ride.


- From Tokyo by Joban line train
