Any applicant who wishes to cancel their registration is requested to

Registration fees are not refundable, but will instead be used to cover the
cost of proceedings and shipping / handling charges. Materials will be
shipped after the conference.

                At the Yaesu South Exit of Tokyo Station, take an express bus bound
