Compiler positions available for week ending February 1

This is a digest of ``help wanted'' and ``position available'' messages
received at comp.compilers during the preceding week. Messages must
advertise a position having something to do with compilers and must also
conform to the guidelines periodically posted in misc.jobs.offered.
Positions that remain open may be re-advertised once a month. To respond

OpenCon System's TMN (Telecommunication Management Network) Gateway
group has immediate openings in the areas of compiler technologies. The
selected candidates shall be responsible for the design, implementation
and testing of the compiler for the following languages:
1. CORBA IDL
2. GDMO, ASN.1
3. TL1 (Transaction Language 1)
4. SNMP MIB


The selected candidate(s) shall also be responsible for the design,
implementation and testing of the data mapping and translation language
and compiler to be used to translate the information model between the
management domains.
Qualifications for these positions include:
1. a strong compiler construction background
2. Experience in developing compilers for any standard languages such as
C or C++
3. Knowledge in telecommunications and GDMO/ASN1 compiler is a Plus.
4. command of C++
5. BS, MS or Ph.D degree in Computer Science.
6. strong communication skills
7. excellent team player
