The web site for LRGen 5.0 sports grammars for several languages,
including Cobol. I do not know how complete the grammars are (since I
do not program in or read cobol) but they can be found at
<http://home.earthlink.net/~autom/downloads.html>. Perhaps this should
be added to the FAQ?
