One extra note in favor of ANTLR 2.x (of course I work for Terence
Parr, so I'm just a tad biased).
I'm releasing a pre-alpha version of ParseView, a visual debugger for
ANTLR 2.0, to some testers today. It doesn't have full functionality
yet, but it should make parser development/debugging much easier, as
you can really see what's happenning during your parse. Youc an get
some info on it at
http://www.scruz.net/~thetick/parseview
I should have a generally-available version out early January,
depending on how the tests go.
