currently exist in our client's products. To interface with other
software developers to effectively deploy new technology within our
client' s products. To review user feedback to assure there continues
to exist a solid framework to allow our client's products to evolve
and continue to meet the needs of our client's customers.

Provide technical direction and technical leadership for architecting,

debuggers and tools for a multi-processor platform.


Solid knowledge in exec, assemblers, COFF/ELF, UNIX and C is a major
plus. Proven coding skills, with experience in product design,
coding, and a record of shipping and maintaining software products.
C80, PowerPC, Windows NT and Solaris/Sun OS development a major
plus. Experience with compiler/assembler issues, memory management
