Summary: Help reading postscript documentation

I am unable to read beg.ps (BackEnd Generator manual in postscript form) from
the cocktail distribution with ghostview. I've tried multiple ghostview
installations and beg.ps from multiple cocktail distributions. Can anyone
direct me to a readable version or another post script viewer that might read
it?
