Moscow ML version 1.42 is now available for Windows NT and Windows'95.
It provides support for long filenames and runs as a native 32-bit
application.

It is available from the Moscow ML homepage

The system appears to work well under Windows NT, but under
Windows'95, a bogus error message is displayed when ctrl-C is pressed
for the first time. Currently we are investigating this phenomenon,
specific to Windows'95.
