Bison has already been ported to a dos environement. Its part of the
DJGPP project. It can be had from any of the SimtelNet mirrors, or
hop over to http://www.delorie.com for a starting point for most DOS
ports of gnu tools. Also, Cygnus probably has a port to win32.
