Compiler testing houses? All those that I know of exist in the past
tense. There is not enough business in C compiler testing to make a
living.
There are a few of us who (having both C validation suites) offer a
testing service when asked.
You could of course buy the test suites (from PlumHall and Perennial)
and do it yourself (then you will find out exactly how expensive it
really is {time, time and more time is needed}).
