There May.

There Are Two Rather Obscure/Academic Disciplines :

1- Graphic Programming (Search The Internet)
Those Avant Gardes Do Not Consider The Likes Of Visual Basic,
Or Visual c Or Any Main-Stream Language
Graphical.

2- Graphic Logic (Search The Internet)

There Are Some Commercial (Highend/Expensive) Graphic Programming Softwares.
E.G. Years Ago, In The Heyday Of Ai And Expert System Shells,
There Was At Least One Highly (But Not Quite) Graphic/Audio Commercial
Package.

Once In A While, I Read In The Popular Trade Journals, Like Pc Magazine,
What Looks Like A Commercial Graphic Environment.
Even A Graphic Spreadsheet.

But Do Not Expect Anything To Be A 100% Graphic.
That Dream Has Not Been Attained, Despite The Hype.
