MICRO-30, the 30th Annual IEEE/ACM International Symposium on
Microarchitecture, will be held December 1 - 3, 1997, in Research
Triangle Park, North Carolina. MICRO places special emphasis on
instruction-level parallelism, including:


  * Compiler techniques for instruction-level parallelism: software pipelining,
          global scheduling, register allocation, memory disambiguation, etc.,
  * Object code translation techniques, and
  * Compiler/hardware techniques for improving memory system performance


The paper submission deadline is June 20. For more information, please see
