The 1997 International Conference on Parallel and Distributed
Systems(ICPADS'97) is to provide an international forum for
scientists, engineers, and computer users to exchange and share their
experiences, new ideas, and research results on all aspects of
parallel and distributed systems. The main program will include
technical presentations, invited talks, panels, and tutorials.

Information for Authors

Paper - Deadline : May 20, 1997 (Postscript, or 5 hard copies)
--------------------------------------------------------------
    All submitted papers should be written in English, double spaced,
    and no longer than 25 A4/letter-size pages including an abstract, texts,
    figures, tables, and references.
    The cover page should include:
          1) title of the paper;
          2) name, current affiliation, postal address, e-mail address,
                telephone number, and fax number for each author;
          3) name of one designated contact person; and
          4) a list of up to eight keywords ordered by relevancy.




Tutorial - Deadline : May 20, 1997 (Postscript, or 5 hard copies)

    As in previous years, a series of tutorials will be held during the
    conference. The Tutorial Program aims at presenting a spectrum of topics
    related to the themes of ICPADS'97. Tutorial proposals will be accepted.
    Interested individual should submit a proposal, which should include :
          1) tutorial title;
          2) outline, brief description of topics to be covered;
          3) intended audience, assumed attendee background;
          4) and the name(s), affiliation(s), and resume(s) of the speaker(s)

    Where e-mail is infeasible, authors may submit 5 copies of the paper or
