Our company, Scientific Toolworks, offers revC. revC handles ANSI and
K&R C, provides numerous and extensive cross references, graphical
browsing, and HTML publishing/browsing of all information generated.

Early next year it will support C++.


P.S. We also do FORTRAN and Ada.
