CALL FOR PAPERS
Journal of Information Science and Engineering
Special Issue on
Compiler Techniques for High-Performance Computing
(Tentative Publication Date: March 1998)
Papers are solicited for a special issue of the Journal of Information
Science and Engineering (JISE) to be published in March 1998. This
special issue will cover all aspects in Compiler Techniques for
High-Performance Computing. It will include, but not limited to, the
following topics:
o Parallelizing and Vectorizing Compiler Techniques
o Compiler Optimization for Distributed Computing
o Compiler Optimization for Irregular Computations
o Compiler Optimization for Superscalar and VLIW Architectures
o Intermediate Representations and Flow Analysis
o Languages and Libraries for High-Performance Computing
o Compiler Optimization for Hierarchical Memories
o Compiler Optimization for Parallel I/O
Authors should follow the JISE manuscript format as described in the
Information for Authors at the end of each issue of the JISE. Five
copies of complete double spaced manuscripts should be sent to one of
the following guest editors by April 30, 1997. Authors will be
notified of final decisions by September 15, 1997.
