I am looking for pretty-printers and converters for grammar
specifications. I have found remarkably few references by means of
searches in several Web search facilities. In particular, I am
interested in:


* EBNF to BNF converter
* BNF to EBNF converter (more interesting)
* Pretty-printer, cross reference generator of grammar specs
* Syntax pictures
* Stripping out code from a yacc file
* Is there a precise grammar for yacc specs available?
