Garbage Collection (was: Ada GC and a bunch of other stuff)

Wouldn't it be time to start the process of creating a newsgroup
devoted to garbage collection? Although related to compilers, parts of
the GC discussion are clearly off-topic and have been continued in the
various comp.lang.* groups. This situation makes it hard to join
forces and look into (new) ways of implementing GC in languages and
related problems.
