I made a postscript printout, sized for A4 paper, for those who
aren't able to read pure PDF. It'll be available for at least one week,
maybe longer if diskspace allows.


    ftp.tu-bs.de, /ftp/ips/pub/amiga/local, eh.ps.gz and eh.ps.readme


The file eh.ps.readme also contains the author's notes from page 1
  of the PDF document.
