Check the french xcoral editor/class browser/function browser.
it is very usefull in the mess of files I'm working with. I think it
support browsing for C/C++ only, and editing modes for Latex, Perl,
Ada, Fortran.
It is subject to GNU General Public License. The home ftp site is:
ftp.inria.fr//X/contrib-R5/clients/xcoral-2.4.tar.gz
