The article is, of course, hard to get. First, I believe that
it's library cataloge entry may be under ``The Royal Socitey of
London''. Second, my copy came via the UC library system, but
I looked just now and don't see it in MELVYL. Third, I've put
a cruddy scanned version online at

There's individual pages and a tar file containing the
individual pages; they're TIFF format. I think distribution
is fair use under copyright laws but please let me know if
you disagree and I'll remove it.
