A new version of the GNU MIL-STD-1750 assembler is available on
ftp.fta-berlin.de in directory pub/crossgcc/1750gals, file as1750-0.8.tar.gz.


This is a maintenance release, no new features. The main improvements are:


* The assembler has successfully compiled and run on a PC-AT
compatible computer using Turbo-C under DOS.


* Fixed a serious problem with TLD load module generation.


A new version of sim1750 that also runs on PCs will be available shortly.


Keep those suggestions and bug reports rolling in!
