A friend of mine <doppke@litotes.cs.colorado.edu>
<http://www.cs.colorado.edu/~doppke> has developed a program called
c2html, which reportedly does exactly what its name suggests. I don't
know how closely-related it is to Java (I've used neither) but I
thought I would mention it for the record.
