If you look at the ACM SIGAPL web page, you'll see that Kirk Iverson
has created some APL functions in HTML format. Basically, for each
function, the argument(s) and results are highlighted. Clicking on them
gives documentation on the expected arguments and on the result of the
function.
This obviously extends nicely to the remainder of the code.
