Khalid Suleiman and I have published a paper on visual languages for
Arabic-speakers. It includes a review of existing Arabic programming
language solutions.

Suleiman, K., and W. Citrin, "A Visual Approach to Programming Language
Internationalization: An Arabic Case Study," accepted for publication
inLanguage Problems and Language Planning, to appear June 1995.

A Mac Word version may be found in

A shorter version of the paper is also available:

Suleiman, K. A. and W. Citrin, "An International Visual Language, "Proc.
IEEE Workshop on Visual Languages, Seattle, September 1992.
