What are the differences between C++ compiled by Borland 3.1
and that compiled by Microsoft, MFC 2.0? Obvious examples are
templates and OWL/MFC class libraries. Any others?

Is there a tool that helps convert C++ code written in
Borland's environment into an MS/MFC one?

Thanks - Daphne
