Can we do an online paper searching? For instance, if I want an article in
ACM SIGPLAN, Can we do Mosaic or Gopher to locate and download the article
to my local site, and which is the ps version (probably ask too much, sorry)?


Articles do not have to be from ACM SIGPLAN. Any for compiler constructions
are helpful.

[There are lots of on-line bibliographies and tech reports, but few on-line
tech journals at this point. That's why I'm packing and moving 20 years of
technical journals today. -John]
