I am seeking a public domain Pcode system, or at least a good functional
specification of a non-patented Pcode and its interpreter, for use in a
production compiler. The system should support calls from/to both Pcode
and non-Pcode routines. The idea would be to compile non-time critical
routines to Pcode and the rest to machine code.
