Nope! I mean good luck. I think it's about time some FPGA
companies let us hobby around with their stuff, but it's just not
happening. Intel sells a pseudo-FPGA (Altera will sell it soon, and
the development system will, again, probably cost $1000 like the Xilinx.
Anyway, they have ftp'able plans for a parallel port programmer and
free software. Try looking around on ftp.intel.com.
