This looks like an excellent book but it is unobtainable. I just spoke to
Ellis Horwood and they told me that it is out of print. I have a book
published by Ellis Horwood too (on LaTeX) and they reprinted that because
they saw a demand - anybody care to join me in asking EH to reprint this
one? And how come EH didn't tell the poor authors that it was out of
stock? Sometimes I feel that publishers do not treat their workers too
well...
