The 1993 Proceedings of the SISAL Conference in San Diego, CA is now
available. If you are interested in obtaining a copy, please send a

Quickly, SISAL, Streams and Iteration in a Single Assignment Language, is
a general purpose functional language for parallel numeric computation.
Functional languages promote the construction of correct parallel programs
by isolating the programmer from the complexities of parallel processing.
