Ronald Mak has a book "Writing compilers and interpreters - an applied
approach" (Wiley, 1991, ISBN 0-471-555800


Does anybody know whether


(a) The source code is available by FTP, and if so, from where
(b) Mr Mak is contactable by e-mail, and if so, where


The book gives an address to write to so as to get the code on diskette, but
it is easier these days to use the networks!
