Anyone who mentions that he has written something about Forth must be
prepaired to receive requests for copies. Unlike most computer languages,
there are people who want to read everything that has ever been published
or written about Forth. So anybody who has an old thesis or manuscript
about Forth hiding somewhere, get it ready and send it out.
I think this shows that there is not enough material published about
Forth where people can find it.
