There is the:
CHILL User's Manual
International Telecommunication Union
ISBN 92-61-02601-X Geneva, 1986
This is not an introduction, but it is a little easier going
than the Blue Book. But it does pre-date the 1988 version of
Chill language, so some parts of the language have changed.
We got a copy from:
Global Engineering Documents
15 Inverness Way East
Englewood CO 80112
Phones: (800) 624-3974 / (303) 792-2181
It cost $44.00 plus tax and shipping.
By the way, Cygnus has a GNU Chill compiler, based on gcc, that
will soon be in limited beta test. Contact me for information.
