                                                    SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER
                                                          (Silicon Valley)


Development, maintenance, and porting of the GUI software test product
line, especially in the areas requiring intimate knowledge of parser
technology. Must have experience in parsing either C or C++.


Knowledge and Skills Required:


5-10 years experience in compiler front end development (parser and
grammar development). Prior experience developing a parser for C or C++.
Solid background in C programming; knowledge of C++ programming.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to work
effectively individually and as a member of a team.
Highly Desirable:


2+ years of experience in C++ programming. General knowledge of testing
tools and techniques.


Education and Experience Required:


BS/MS CS or related discipline. 5-10 years post academic experience.


** Minimum 5 years on-the-job experience required **
No new or recent graduates, please!


US or Canadian Citizenship required, or US Permanent
