There's an additional site where you can get it via anonymous file
transfer, you may give it a try:


Host: ftp.zrz.TU-Berlin.DE [130.149.4.50]

                                ep.tar.Z


Within some days - hopefully before christmas - we hope to have it at
other sites and in the US as well.


If you can't wait until then and don't get it from the sites mentioned
above, we'll send it to you on request as sequence of small uuencoded
files.
